Hiring a new Tree Service Contractor can be daunting, which is why I’ve compiled a list of some of the most common questions I get from new clients. If your question isn’t answered, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll help you as much as I can.
What experience do you have?
I have over 30 years in the construction industry, with being a Supervisor for the past 12 years. I am also an Environmental Technologist and believe in respecting others options and views. Completing a job is the part most can accomplish. Doing it so you are satisfied with the hard work and quality that a mature person delivers can't be faked. If a job is something more than what I am presently setup to accomplish, I have arrangements with knowledgable, professional tradesman that will be able to complete the work.
What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?
I understand the importance of having a job completed in a timely manner and on budget. The price agreed upon for a job will not be altered beyond what we have agreed upon. Should there be circumstances beyond my control, such as equipment failure, weather delays or local emergency, there will not be any additional charges incurred upon you.
How can I be sure you are the right person for the job?
This is likely one of the most important questions you could ask when dealing with a business. The level of deception in recent years has been a terrible burden we must bear in our daily lives today. I have spent much time and effort in establishing a business that I would feel comfortable dealing with and I hope you will feel the same.
