KTS Custom Built Structures

KTS is pleased to offer our custom built structures to provide a safe and affordable building that will enhance your property's aesthetics.

We use a bandsaw mill to produce unique custom live edge milled lumber for each building.

All structures are erected on site to ensure location and to avoid possible access restrictions with

pre-manufactured buildings.

Utility Shed

Size: 10'x10' or 8'x12'

We can all use some additional space for our belongings. Having a utility shed to store your summer lawn furniture and equipment will free up your garage - so you won't need to scrape the ice and snow from your vehicle.

Greenhouse

KTS greenhouses will provide an extended growing season for your vegetables and flowers providing a savings on your grocery bill and flowers to brighten those cloudy fall days.

Gazebo

Size: 9'x11'

Having a place to step out of the summer sun and enjoy a relaxing meal or drinks with friends and family can be enhanced with KTS gazebo. It can be a nice conversation starter for you as you entertain in its comforting shade.

Car Port

Size: 12'x20'

This is a facsimile of the car port available the spring of 2026. The post and beam construction will be 6"x6" milled posts anchored with saddles in a concrete base.

The rafters will be milled 2x4, price quoted below includes a lapped wooden roof (not shown). A metal roof will cost an additional $1,000.

General Description of Buildings

Each structure comes from locally harvested trees and personally milled to give a unique and aesthetically pleasing building that provides functionality at a cost effective price.

Shed and greenhouse buildings rests on concrete pads in compacted, levelled gravel that can support whatever you desire to place inside your structure. Gazebos have concrete pads only which support the posts for the building.

Structures are comprised of spruce or pine milled on KTS sawmill. Roofs are weather proofed using water repellent and UV protection.
